Hi there!

I am a New Zealander who several years ago returned to cycle touring after a 30 year break!!!! Absolutely loving touring again and sometimes wonder why I took the long break? I am now catching up on touring adventures and experiences both within New Zealand and overseas.

My trusty steed is the Surly Long Haul Trucker. A bike that is well cared for but just a wee bit scarred from touring through roads less travelled, often in rough and tumble back-country.
